TATONKA GmbH guarantee rules

The All Day Tough! guarantee covers material and production flaws. Only registered users are entitled to make a claim. The registration must be made within two months of the date of purchase. The guarantee is only effective on presentation of an original till receipt. The guarantee is not transferable. The guarantee is valid anywhere in the world for ten years from the date of purchase. The date on the purchase receipt applies. Guarantee claims must be made as soon as the defect becomes apparent within the guarantee period. The product must be sent to TATONKA GmbH through a TATONKA retailer together with a detailed description or identification of the error. A copy of the till receipt is to be included. Find a list of all TATONKA retailers here. TATONKA GmbH will rectify a valid guarantee claims within the guarantee period either by repair or by replacement of the item in question. If the item in question is no longer in production at the time of notification of the error, TATONKA GmbH will be entitled to substitute a similar product. A guarantee claim does not extend the guarantee period nor does it initiate a new guarantee. The guarantee is only valid if the product has been used for its intended purpose and under normal conditions. Guarantee claims cannot be made if the product has been handled inappropriately, for normal wear and tear (damage such as tears, scratches, wear or UV damage are not covered by the guarantee but may, under certain circumstances, be repaired for a charge), the effects of chemicals, force or violence, misuse of the product for other purposes, inappropriate repairs or services by third parties, changes to the product, signs of wear resulting from high levels of wear from appropriate use, and force majeure.
